A self-diagnostic computer style keyboard is built right into the lifts. Many of the problems initially encountered are actually operator error and these problems are most often solved over the phone. Tech service is available Monday –Friday and if the problem cannot be solved over the phone, then one of our skilled technicians is readily available.
Low Maintenance
Teupen lifts are designed to need minimal maintenance with about 95% of the required maintenance directed towards the Kubota diesel engine. Aside from changing the oil, air and fuel filters are regular intervals, there is really very little work needed to keep your lift in good working condition. The machine is designed so all power cables and hoses for the electrics and hydraulics are protected from extreme weather conditions and damage that could be caused when working outdoors.
